Involved in analysis, design and development. This product is being developed for BISYS Document Solutions to replace their Legacy DOS based product. The front-end application runs in a web browser. A component on web server communicates with a server application written in VC++ at the backend to request information to be processed using socket communication. The Server Applications processes data stored on the check imaging system and raw data generated by the banking mainframe system and populates information in a SQL Server database. The reports use Seagate Crystal Reports. An installation of this product is in production at Five Points Bank in Grand Island, NE.

Cashpoint ATM Advertising

Involved in analysis, design and development. This product is being developed for Cashpoint Inc. This product named D-Mark Server makes it possible to display a targeted advertisement on the ATM using the information from a card swipe. The D-Mark server handles multiple ATMs. It gets all the campaign information from the Cashpoint Select Network via XML files. The D-Mark server application is entirely written in VC++. It communicates with ATM in real time. Uses Socket communication for messaging and FTP for file transfers. It uses MS Access Database to store all the campaign information, rules and the Bank Card database. A demo mode (proof of concept) system was earlier designed and developed as a web application with a component in VC++ to implement the rules for advertisement selection. This project involved interfacing with Diebold Inc, the ATM manufacturers.

Site Survey

Involved in analysis, design and development. This product was developed for BISYS Document Solutions. The front-end application runs in a web browser. The application was designed for multiple operators to place calls to known list of prospects and collect survey information. The prospect selection for each operator was done using a set of rules and time zone. The questions to be asked to the prospects were database driven. Key aspect was that the system had built in smarts to select the questions based on previous answers. To reduce session states and network overheads, the whole questionnaire was built using DIV tags and the proper question was displayed using client side Java scripting. SQL Server 7 was used to store the database of the prospects, questions and answers from prospects. Stats reporting pages were also developed. This system is in production and a live survey was conducted of the banking industry using this product under permission from American Bankers Association.

This is an e-mail based transaction system developed for Polyhydron Pvt. Ltd. It has front-end software at the customer s end developed in PowerBuilder. The front end accepts Purchase Orders, Payment Details, General Messages and Request for statements, puts it in a text format which is e-mailed to Polyhydron. The messages are downloaded by backend software written in C++. The downloaded messages are processed by a Clipper application, to register the orders into the system and email the requested statements along with dispatch intimations and Order Acknowledgements to the customer. The front-end software at the customer then processes the received message to display the statements in a proper format.

Responsibilities:
